1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Manny Transit Co.'s transportation services, booking portal, or text messaging program, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our Services

Manny Transit Co. provides non-emergency medical and behavioral health transportation, including wheelchair and stretcher transport, for patients referred by healthcare facilities or self-scheduled directly.

3. SMS Terms and Conditions

Manny Transit Co. operates three text messaging programs:

• Dispatch messages to contracted drivers
• Referral-received confirmations to partner facility staff
• Trip and ETA updates to patients or their guardians

By opting in to any of these programs, you agree to the following:

• Message frequency: Varies based on trip and dispatch activity.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at 720-983-6104.
• Consent is not a condition of service. Declining text messages will not affect your ability to receive transportation services.
• Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Driver & Contractor Terms

Drivers engaged by Manny Transit Co. as independent contractors consent to receive dispatch-related text messages as part of their signed driver agreement. Drivers may opt out per the SMS terms above; doing so may affect their ability to receive trip assignments by text.

5. Facility Partner Terms

Referring facilities that register on our booking portal consent to receive referral-status text messages for the transport requests they submit.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manny Transit Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or messaging program, including delays or failures in message delivery caused by carriers or third parties.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
